Research

Before joining the CTR, I was an R&D scientist at Cambridge Epigenetix (CEGX). I worked on the development of epigenetics tools to enable single base resolution sequencing of methyl-cytosine (mC) and hydroxymethyl-cytosine (hmC).  Before that, I was a PhD student at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, University of Cambridge. My work focused on investigating epigenetic marks associated with imprinted loci, and their changes in cancer.
