We regret that a fee must be charged when a confirmed booking is cancelled:
6-8 weeks: 35% of the fee is payable
4-6 weeks: 70% of the fee is payable
4 weeks or less: 100% of the fee is payable
If cancellation is confirmed more than 8 weeks in advance, the fee is refunded in full
If a delegate does not attend, the full fee will be retained as a cancellation charge
Delegate substitutes are allowed
