Abstract submission for 2026
Abstract submissions opening soon. This year, we invite abstract submissions to be considered for 8-minute short talks (with two minutes of questions), 3-minute flash talks and poster presentations for the 2026 Annual Meeting on topics relating to epigenetics of embryogenesis and placentation.

Abstract instructions
Abstract Title: Abstract titles are limited to 200 characters, including spaces.
Submission Type:
- Poster only: To be considered for presentation of a poster during one poster session.
- Poster and flash talk: To be considered for a 3-minute flash talk presentation in a specified session to advertise the poster presentation.
- Short talk: To be considered for an 8-minute short talk presentation in a specified session followed by a 2-minute Q&A.
- Short talk OR Poster and flash talk: To be considered for an 8-minute short talk presentation in a specified session followed by a 2-minute Q&A OR for a 3-minute flash talk presentation in a specified session to advertise the poster presentation.
Presenter: The lead author should be listed as the presenting author for the abstract.
Co-author(s): Please list the names and affiliations for all co-authors.
Abstract text: Please write your abstract text in one condensed paragraph (max. 300 words). Please do not include section headers (e.g. Methods, Results, etc), citations, figures, tables or graphs.
Poster guidelines
Poster presenters will be asked to present a physical poster in person. Digital posters will not be available to online participants.
Poster size: A0 (84.10cm x 118.90cm), portrait
Formatting suggestions:
- Use 36-point type for section headings and 24-point type for text is recommended for easy reading.
- Print a single sheet (size A0 in portrait orientation) for easy transportation
- Pins or double-sided Velcro stickers will be provided onsite to attach your posters to the poster boards.
- We ask that you make your own arrangements if you are planning to print your poster at the location of the event being held. We are unable to provide assistance with poster printing.
